First balance yourself with your hands and knees.
Now extend your left leg and right arm until they come in the same line with your back.
Try to bend your right leg and left hand and touch your knee with the elbow.
Squeeze on the abs and then extend your back, now repeat this on a certain amount of time.
Now change the position to other side and repeat the same.
Standing Bicycle Crunches:
First stand straight on your feet and pointing your toes forward.
Put your both hands behind your neck with pointing your elbow with shoulders.
Now, lift your right leg close to your chest and bend your elbow close to your knee.
Do this on a certain amount of time and then changing the position to another side.
Seated Leg Lifts:
First, sit on the bench or floor with one leg bent so that your foot can touch the ground easily. Now, stretch your opposite leg with toes pointing up and put your hands down so that you can support with your palm.
Raise your leg straight up to few inches off the ground and move your leg up and down.
Change the position to other side and do this again.
Lie down on your back and bend both knees with feet placed flat on the ground equal to your hip. Now place your hand back of your neck.
Lift your head with navel towards your legs until your stomach is not close to your upper thighs.
Now go back to your starting position and do it same again for certain time.
Modified Bicycle Crunch:
Lie down on your back and lift your legs towards up.
Put your hands behind your neck and bring your one knee near to your chest and lift your shoulder little bit up off the ground.
Now straight your right leg about a 45-degree angle while turning your upper body to the left side and bringing your right elbow near to left knee. Do this for some time
Change the position to other side and do the same for some time.
Spider Plank Crunch:
Balance yourself on prone position and support your weight with your hands and toes. Now, close your feet together and do straight your body with arms should be bent at 90 degrees.
Now, raise your one foot off the ground and rotate your leg and bring your knee towards your elbow.
Return your leg to the same starting position and do the same on the other side as well.
